The Microprocessor is a high performance chip operating at 400MHz on a 32 bit architecture. Encased in a BGA-516 package. The SoC incorporates a dual-issue integer core, derived from the MPC603e microprocessor, capable of operating at frequencies ranging from 266 to 400 MHz. It features separate 16 KB data and instruction caches, each utilizing a four way set associative design with a physically addressed layout and employing an LRU replacement algorithm for optimized performance.
