78K0/Lx3 Series 8-Bit Microcontrollers


The 78K Families of Microcontrollers by Renesas are suitable for a wide range of applications.
The 78K0/Lx3 8-Bit microcontrollers with a 78KO core CPU, embedded flash memory, an on-chip oscillator and a built-in, high-precision A/D converter. Its low power consumption (as low as 2.3 μA typical in sub-HALT mode) makes them ideal for LCD control applications. Some applications include: APS cameras, Digital cameras, Home audio, Air conditioners and Washing machines.
