The Microchip 32 Bit microcontroller has 256KB flash memory and 32KB RAM. It has I2S and SPI modules for Codec and serial communications. It has peripheral pin select (PPS) functionality and parallel master port (PMP) with dual read/write buffers for graphics interfaces. It has charge time measurement unit, real time clock and calendar (RTCC) module, and four channels of hardware DMA with automatic data size detection.
