The Microchip Technology 2/3 port EtherCAT®device controller with 8 fieldbus memory management units and eight sync managers has integrated 32-bit Cortex-M4 microcontroller unit with 1 Msps 12-bit ADC, SQSPI, USB LS/FS host and device, Ethernet MAC and PTC. It comes with 128 pin count, 1.024 MB program memory size and 20MHz maximum frequency. It is used in applications such as motor motion control, process/factory automation, communication modules & interface cards, sensors, hydraulic and pneumatic valve systems.
