STMicroelectronics Microcontroller
The STMicroelectronics STM32L4 family type, LQFP package, surface mount, 48-pin 32-bit arm cortex-M4 core microcontroller. It has a voltage rating of 3.6V. This operates at a maximum speed of 80MHz and features 256kb ISP flash program memory and 64bytes of SRAM. It has features a floating-point unit (FPU) which supports arm double-precision and single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. This device supports a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security.
