The Microchip technology PIC32 family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 144-pin 32-bit PIC has a maximum voltage rating of 3.6V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 252MHz and features 2Mb ISP flash program memory, 512kb of SRAM. It is used in embed designs.
