Eaton MCCB, 690V AC/450V DC Voltage Rating, Thermomagnetic Release - xEnergy Series - 259086 NZMN1-A125

Nip the risk of damage from electrical overloads in the bud with this MCCB from Eaton. It has a high breaking capacity of 50kA, high current rating of 125A and high voltage rating of 690V AC/450V DC. This makes it a smart choice for protecting demanding equipment in settings including data centres, hospitals and industrial plants. You can also use it in commercial buildings to protect lighting and power circuits. Earth fault protection gives you additional peace of mind. As this is a three-pole device, it's suitable for use with the three-phase system commonly used in industry.

Features & Benefits

• Trips in milliseconds to shut down the circuit before any damage can occur

• Available with a standard grey or black handle as standard or a red/yellow handle (454-8275) for use in emergency situations

• Allows easy fitting of undervoltage and shunt trips for versatile use

What's the difference between an MCCB and an MCB?

MCCBs, or moulded case circuit breakers, tend to have higher current ratings, voltage ratings and breaking capacities than miniature circuit breakers. This makes them well-suited to protecting high-powered industrial equipment that's beyond the scope of a standard MCB.
