The Renesas Electronics 15kV ESD protected, 5V, 250kbps, Full duplex, RS-485/RS-422 transceiver with Tx/Rx enable. These device are ESD protected, Bi CMOS, these single transceiver that meet both the RS-485 and RS-422 standard for balanced communication. each driver output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV ESD strike without latch-up. These device are configured for full duplex application and they are ideal for RS-422 network requiring high ESD tolerance on the bus pins. these are 8 Ld version.
