This roller-lever type limit switch from our trusted RS PRO range has an actuator consisting of a plastic roller lever that pushes on a metal plunger to actuate the switch and close or open your electrical circuit. The housing has double insulation for added safety.

It's manufactured from a zinc alloy that is known for its strength, durability and excellent resistance to corrosion. It has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP66, so you can be sure the switch is perfectly protected from dust and can withstand temporary immersion in water.

This switch features snap-action NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) contacts. The product is handled and packed in compliance with US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and UK (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements, which guarantees the risk of a discharge is reduced.
