This light curtain is a Compact safety sensor designed to detect intrusion and protect personnel around machinery in industrial settings. It operates as an emitter/receiver pair using infrared LEDs to monitor guarded areas and provides a safety output Interface compatible with standard DC safety controllers. The unit is intended for short- to medium-range protection where simple ON/OFF detection is required and maintenance and alignment are simplified by robust mechanical design and quick cable connections.
