Kingbright SMT KA-8070 Series


The KA-8070 Series, from Kingbright, are a range of surface mount LEDs within a PLCC package. The KA-8070 LEDs are very efficient light sources and are designed for high current operation. With a low thermal resistance, the KA-8070 series of LEDs also offer ESD protection. The PLCC package has a silicone resin encapsulation.

Suitable applications for the KADS-8070 Series LEDs include:
Substitution of micro incandescent lamps
Portable light source
Signal and symbol luminaire for orientation
Marker lights (e.g. steps, exit ways, etc)
Decorative and entertainment lighting
Commercial and residential lighting
Emergency-vehicle lighting
