The Kingbright Hyper Red source colour devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diode. Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage the LEDs. It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs. All devices, equipment and machineries must be electrically grounded. it's dimension is 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm, 0.55 mm high, hence suitable for compact optoelectronics applications like Backlight, Status indicator, Healthcare applications.
