The LUXEON TX lighting class LED, from Lumileds, is a drop-in upgrade for the LUXEON T LED providing higher luminous flux and excellent efficacy to enable tight beam control in high light output and directional applications.
Hot testing and binning of LUXEON TX LEDs at real world operating conditions (700mA with Tj: 85°C) ensures in-application performance and Freedom from Binning allows LUXEON TX LEDs to deliver excellent colour consistency. This makes it possible to optimise for low system cost or for the very highest efficacy.
The reliable LUXEON TX LED is ideal for applications including: MR16 and PAR retro-fit lamps, down lights, high bay and low bay lighting, street lighting and architectural lighting.
