It features a 6-pin PLCC6 SMD package with a 120-degree emission characteristic, allowing individual driving of each chip through separate anodes and cathodes per color, even in serial circuits, ensuring seamless color mixing. It offers high reliability within a temperature range from -40 to 110 degrees Celsius, utilizing blue-light-stable package materials for durability.
