The Microchip High-efficiency DC/DC boost switching regulator from Microchip. It operates at a fixed frequency of 1.2MHz using PWM current mode control, delivering excellent transient response and low output ripple. With an internal 34V / 1A switch, it achieves high power density in a small footprint. The device supports input voltages from 2.5V to 10V and can generate outputs up to 34V, making it ideal for OLED displays, TFT-LCD bias supplies, and other portable electronics.
