The EDC PROTECTION Aluminized coat is made from 500g per square meter aluminized para-aramid fiber and features a full-grain cowhide collar for durability. It includes walking gussets, underarm vents, and a side closure with 50mm wide flame-resistant hook and loop fasteners and or snaps. All seams are stitched with KEVLAR thread. The coat is available in both unlined and Proban-treated flame-resistant cotton-lined versions. Variants include a fold-down collar, cuff slits or tightening tabs, an inside pocket, reinforcements on high-exposure areas, a super-insulating midlayer, special custom sizing, quick-release buckle closure, and back ventilation.
