Use this fibre-optic converter from Phoenix Contact to increase the reach of your data transmission network. By converting electrical signals from copper-based connections to efficient fibre-optic signals, it updates your network without the need to replace your existing wiring. Signals are reliably transmitted across a substantial distance of up to 10km for use in large-scale applications. Thanks to a Rapid transfer rate of 10 to 100Mbps, this unit ensures high-speed transmission for improved productivity in your workplace.
The converter has a low latency of ±1.3 microseconds to ensure minimal lag. It consumes less than 100mA of current during operation, so it's energy-efficient. As the housing is MADE of a Durable PA 66 material that's flame-retardant and resistant to impact, this is a safe option for use in demanding environments.
