Introducing the RS PRO USB to Serial Adapter Cable Assembly, designed with the popular Prolific PL-2303 HX Revision D chipset, which allows Windows to install it the first time that the cable is connected to a PC, offering ultimate convenience without installation downtime. The computer cable adapter has an ultra-durable ABS shell on the four DB 9-way male connections and a PVC cable flex with a USB A male connector. Thanks to the chipset technology, the cable also has a transfer rate of up to 500 Kbps designed for optimum performance. This RS PRO serial to USB adapter can be used to connect serial devices to PC’s which only have a USB port, provided greater flexibility and versatility for the user.
