The Exsys Adapter provides a serial RS 232 high performance UART 16C550 output. It has been developed to extend an additional serial output for PC, small workstation or server via the USB 1.1, 2.0 or 3.2 bus. The simple installation means that the computer does not need to be opened and it can be installed while the computer is running. It is very small and compact.

I/O addresses and interrupt are assigned by the operating system

Data bits is 7 and 8

Stop bits is 1 and 1.5 and 2
