Keep fixing screws firmly in place with this insert kit from RS PRO. It consists of 290 brass inserts to suit various sizes of screw and is extremely handy to have in a workshop. You can use expansion inserts like this for repairing stripped holes in machinery and equipment.

The set is supplied in a plastic storage case which not only protects the inserts from moisture and dirt but also makes it easy to carry the kit around. As the case is compartmentalised you can neatly organise components and quickly find what you're looking for. The inserts are made from hardwearing brass for a long lifespan and have good corrosion resistance to stop them from rusting quickly.

These components can be used in pre-drilled holes or thin metal sheets to evenly distribute holding pressure. They're simple and quick to install, as all you need is a hammer.
