This hook-up wire from RS PRO is ideal for the internal wiring of electronic devices. It's fitted with tinned copper conductors that combine excellent conductivity with resistance to corrosion, to ensure they keep transmitting signals reliably over a long service life.

The cross-linked polythene (XPLE) insulation has excellent thermal insulation qualities, helping to make the cable suitable for use in temperatures up to +105°C. It's also designated as a fire-resistant cable suitable for general use, having passed the VW-1 flammability test.

The cable conforms to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of any potentially harmful substances. It also meets the Underwriters Laboratories UL 1581 and UL 758 standards as a safe and effective electrical cable.
