The Rocol METALFLO 1204 is a dispersion of graphite in a non-melting grease. METALFLO 1204 is used for the lubrication of dies and pegs in hot brass and copper stamping where maximum resistance to heat is required. It is also used for the lubrication of bearings conducting electrical current on seam welding machines.

Easily applied as a thin film
Can be applied to very hot surfaces without running
Minimal staining
Easily removed by normal pickling processes
