The Microchip Gate Driver is a high-voltage and high-speed half-bridge solution designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. Utilising a bootstrap configuration, it efficiently manages high-side gate switching at voltages up to 600V.
Peak output current of 290mA source and 600mA sink
Floating channel operates at up to 600V
Supply voltage range from 10V to 20V
Compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V
