The Microchip Dual high-speed power MOSFET driver devices exhibit high latch-up resistance under all conditions within their specified power and voltage ratings, withstanding noise spikes up to 5 volts of either polarity on the ground pin without damage, and tolerating up to 500 mill amperes of reverse current in either direction through their outputs without logic upset or harm, while all terminals are fully protected against electrostatic discharge up to 2 kilovolts.
