The Microchip Dual output high-speed MOSFET gate drivers that are capable of providing up to 3 A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. MOSFET gate drivers feature low shoot through current, fast rise and fall times, and short propagation delays which make them ideal for high switching frequency applications. An integrated pull-up resistor allows the user to leave the enable pin floating for standard operation.
