Sensirion Flowmeter
The Sensirion SFM3000 series low-pressure drop flowmeter measures a gas flow rate of -200slm to 200slm (bidirectional). This is a low-pressure drop, the digital tool provides accurate measurements of air and other non-aggressive gases. It is designed for high-volume applications. The sensor is based on Sensirion patented CMOSens sensor technology that combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration on a single microchip. All measurement results are internally linearized and temperature compensated. The very low-pressure drop through the flow body of the sensor makes it ideal for use in demanding situations such as laboratory use, medical ventilation and respiratory applications. It has an operating supply of 5V.
