SMC Dual Switch


The SMC digital flow controller has PNP control output and a 3-digit 7 segment LED display. It has a flow rate that ranges between 0.2L/min and 10L/min. This switch has a 24VDC supply voltage rating. It is initially designed to detect microchip component adsorption in a vacuum. The series is incredibly compact and lightweight compared to the existing flow sensors. It is suitable for use with carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen or argon.
