SE30 HT/S030 HT Flow Control Pulse Transmitter
Designed for high temperature, continuous flow measurement of neutral, slightly aggressive, solid-free liquids, in hazardous environments.
For liquid flow measurement
Frequency output with pulse signal proportional to the flow rate
Interfaces via S030HT pipework flow adaptor with pressure-tight quarter turn mounting. Stainless steel construction permits high temperature (160°C) and pressure ranges (0-40barg)
Connects to remote display, transmitter, batch controller, PLC or SCADA
Typical applications are in hot process cleaning systems (CIP/SIP), hot water, cooling systems, industrial washing machines and chemical plants
Supply voltage: 12-30Vdc
Output signal Open collector, PNP: supply voltage; NPN: 0.2-30Vdc; max. frequency 250Hz
Accuracy up to ≤ 1% FS within 0.5 – 10 m/s (1.0 to 32.8 fps) – optimal velocity 2 – 3 m/s

Fluid pressure range: PN40 (dependent on installation adaptor fitting)
