Sensata Cynergy3 Vertical Float Switch, NO/NC, 1m Cable - RSF50 Series - SF56H100R1/8

Choose this float switch from Sensata Cynergy3 for monitoring liquid levels in your tanks and other large vessels. It's designed for vertical mounting through a hole in the top or bottom of the inside of your tank. You can reverse the switch action by simply inverting it through 180°, making it a versatile component. It's suitable for applications such as vending machines, industrial printing systems and chemical dosing equipment.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range of -10°C to +105°C for use in demanding environments

• Made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) material for chemical and abrasion resistance

• High maximum voltage rating of 300V for use in high-power applications

• Ample cable length of 1m for a flexible connection

• 1/8-inch NPT (National Pipe Thread) connection for a secure and simple attachment

How does this switch work?

This switch's actuator has an in-built magnet that causes changes in the magnetic field as it moves up and down with the water level. The contacts open and close when the switch's sensor responds to the change in magnetism.
