Sensata Cynergy3 Float Switch, 120V DC Maximum Switching Voltage, Viton Gasket - RSF40 Series - RSF47YGP/RS

Need to measure liquid levels in a tight space? This horizontal float switch from Sensata Cynergy3 has a compact length of 98mm for installation in small containers. It's suitable for use where you can access the inside of the tank, in applications from commercial washing and vending machines to evaporator units. For versatility, you can set the switch output to either NO or NC by simply rotating the unit by 180°. The PVDF body offers good chemical resistance, making this switch a good choice for use with industrial liquids.

Features & Benefits

• Viton gasket forms a reliable seal against most common liquids to prevent leaks

• Wide operating temperature range of -10°C to +105°C for use in harsh environments

• Maximum switching voltage of 240V AC and 120V DC for use in low-power applications

When would I choose a horizontal float switch?

A horizontal float switch is mounted through a hole on the side of the tank. This makes it an ideal choice if the top or bottom of your tank isn't easily accessible, or if your tank has a sealed lid.
