The Infineon Flash Memory has serial peripheral interface with Multi IO with 32 bit extended addressing. This flash memory has one time program array of 2048 bytes. It has status register bits to control protection against program or erase of a contiguous range of sectors. The individual sector protection controlled by boot code or password.
