The Alliance Memory 512Mega bits serial interface NOR Flash memory devices designed for operating on a single power supply from 2.7 to 3.6V. These devices supports Serial Peripheral Interface, Dual or Quad IO SPI as well as Quad Peripheral Interface with SPI clock frequencies up to 133MHz, allowing equivalent clock rate of 266MHz for Dual I/O and 532MHz for Quad IO. Available in 16-pin SOIC (300mils) and 8L WSON 6x8mm packages, the devices provide reliable, long-term performance with High program or erase cycles and Long data retention.
