This StarTech.com fibre optic cable uses transparent optical fibres to deliver high bandwidth and reliable data-transfer performance. It consists of a cable with a dual male LC (lucent connector) on each end. The extended 15m cable length gives plenty of room for running it along a skirting board to a port. A low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket means this is a fire-safe option for commercial use.

This LC-LC patch cable is housed in a Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen flame retardant jacket, to ensure minimal smoke, toxicity and corrosion when exposed to high sources of heat, in the event of a fire. Making it ideal for use in industrial settings, central offices and schools, as well as residential settings where building codes are a consideration.
