How many fans can I control with this unit?


This fan has connections for up to four fans, making it a versatile option. To connect the fans, plug them into the front output terminals, then flick the control function selector switches to choose the fans you want to operate. You can then turn on one or all four fans with the adjustment knob.

San Ace PWM Fan Controller


The San Ace PWM fan controller fills a gap in the market for a dedicated unit capable of controlling PWM fans by various control functions. It generates a PWM output signal from four possible types of inputs. These possible functions are:

Voltage control (0-5 V dc)

Internal adjustment (using the adjustable knob)

External adjustment (with a suitable potentiometer)

Thermistor control (using the adjustable knob with an external thermistor connected)

Only one input option can be selected at a time however the unit can control up to four fans.

This unit can be common-powered by the fan power supply of rated voltages 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc and 48 Vdc. This eliminates the requirement for a separate power supply reducing overall costs. By controlling the fan speeds and only having them running at the required power, the overall power consumption of the circuits are reduced further reducing operational costs.
