The environmental STC31 CO2 Gas sensor is part of the Sensirion STC3x sensor family. The gas concentration sensors are designed for high-volume accurate CO2 measurements. CMOSens® Technology combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration on a small CMOS chip perfect for mass production.

The Sensirion CO2 gas sensor operates a thermal conductivity measurement principle, resulting in high reliability and long-term stability. Featuring a digital I2C interface making it easy to connect directly to a microprocessor. The thermal conductivity technology has an ultra-low power consumption, ideal for battery-operated applications.

The SEK-STC31 Evaluation kit, is also available see RS 205-7756 which includes 1 x STC31 Sensor module, 1 x SHTC3 on FPCB, 1 x RJ45 adapter cable (1m length).
