Figaro TGS5042-A00, Carbon Monoxide Air Quality Sensor

Battery operable electrochemical gas sensors from Figaro for the detection of carbon monoxide. The devices use an environmentally friendly electrolyte and feature reduced sensitivity to interference gases. The TGS5042 type utilizes a standard AA (LR6) battery-sized package with two termination options; the reduced-size TGS5342 is 22mm shorter in length.

Operating conditions in which Sensors are used will vary with each customer's application. Gas and oxygen sensors are not authorised for use as critical components in life support applications wherein a failure or malfunction of the products may result in injury or threat to life. Non-calibrated PCB gas sensors will not operate properly if not calibrated prior to usage.
