To minimise potential damage to equipment, the device trips when overvoltage or short circuit faults are detected. An integrated LED means it's easy to read the status of the breaker as a red light shows when currents and voltages are out of the safe range.

This modular device is suitable for combining with other components in the CLIPLINE system, such as single-level terminal blocks (708-1633) and jumpers (687-9802). This means you can build bespoke electrical systems to suit your needs. Designed with push-in terminals and a snap-on DIN rail mounting, the breaker is quick to install and you can use it to bridge to other blocks, which saves you wiring time. This compact safety solution has a width of just 6.2mm and functions fine without the need for a backup fuse fitting. Use it to protect electric motors, valves and relays.
