RS PRO White Glass Cloth Electrical Tape, 19 mm x 33 m


This RS PRO glass cloth electrical tape is the ideal choice for bundling, holding and wire-harnessing applications that require high tensile strength. With the ability to withstand service temperatures in the range of 0°C to +180°C, the tape is useful for permanent sealing of high-temperature ducts or chambers.

The tape has a flame retardance of up to UL 510 standard, which is the internationally accepted standard for electrical tapes as certified by Underwriters Laboratories. It has a length of 33 m and a width of 19 mm. As the tape uses a silicone adhesive, it provides good holding power and removes cleanly across a range of temperatures. While serviceability is up to +180°C, take care to ensure that temperature range is between +10°C to +40°C during application.

Since the tape shows excellent chemical resistance, it's particularly useful in the insulation of square conductors in traction motors and generators.
