The ROHM EEPROM for automotive applications features an I²C bus with a high-speed write cycle and high endurance. It operates at temperatures up to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified grade 1. All controls are accessible through two ports: serial clock SCL and serial data SDA. It supports a wide operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and enables 1 MHz operation. The page write mode allows 16-byte data storage with a bit format of 1K x 8-bit.
