The Microchip Push-pull output sub-micro amp comparators are designed for low-power, single-supply operation with input capability that extends beyond the power rails. They incorporate internal input hysteresis to suppress output toggling caused by internal input noise, effectively reducing current consumption. Additionally, the push-pull output configuration helps limit supply current surges and minimizes dynamic power consumption during switching events.

Single version available in SOT-23-5 and SC-70-5 packages
