The Skyworks Solutions Inc Multi channel Digital Isolator with 6 unidirectional channels is a CMOS devices offering substantial data rate, propagation delay, power, size, reliability, and external BOM advantages over legacy isolation technologies. All have CMOS thresholds and Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and only require VDD bypass capacitors.
