EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI302xAS evaluation board

The eval board has been designed to ease the performance evaluation of EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI302xAS which is suitable for IGBT based applications.

The EiceDRIVER TM 1EDI302XAS evalboard contains the 1EDI3021AS and 1EDI3020AS for IGBT based applications. ASC on low side and ADC for temperature measurement on high side are available functionalities.

Two more evalboard options are available:

•EiceDRIVER TM 1EDI303xAS: 1EDI3031AS and 1EDI3033AS for SiC based applications.

•EiceDRIVER TM 1EDI30xxAS: full flexibility for customers to mount on any of the pin-compatible product variants.;The user manual navigates customers through all possible options and product combinations.

In addition to the evaluation board: the online simulation of the EiceDRIVER TM 1EDI302xAS/1EDI303xAS is ready for a truly seamless product evaluation.
