RS PRO Male Crimp D-Sub Connector Contact, Gold over Nickel, 24 to 20 AWG
This male crimp D-sub contact from RS PRO attaches to your D-sub connector to transfer electrical current from source to destination. It's ideal for use in computer systems in the telecommunications and aerospace industries, due to its compactness and reliability.
The copper contact material has high thermal and electrical conductivity to maintain a strong current without energy loss. The contact is coated in nickel and plated with gold, creating two layers of resistance against moisture, rust and corrosion. This component supports wires from 24 to 20 American Wire Gauge (AWG), giving you a range of size options.
As part of our RS PRO range, this product has been tested to ensure our standards of quality and reliability. A separate crimping tool (stock number 481-516) is available to facilitate installation.
