ITT 1.27mm Micro-D Connectors - MDM Series
MDM series moisture sealed Micro-D connectors with a lightweight, rugged design and high density contact configurations on a 1.27mm pitch. These MDM microminiature D connectors have electroless nickel plated aluminium shells for added strength and EMI and RFI shielding along with silicone elastomer compression interfacial seals that provide protection against moisture and humidity between each contact and contacts and shell. The contacts of these MDM Micro-D connectors are size 24 MICROPIN™ or MICROSOCKET™ contacts which are made from copper alloy with a gold plating. These Micro-D connectors have 2.31mm mounting holes and are available with various termination options:
Part numbers: MDM-xxxSB-xxx have solder pot terminations that accept 26AWG max harness wire.
Part numbers: MDM-xxxH003B-xxx have harness wire terminations (18", 7¾ strand 26AWG to MIL-W-16878/4, Type E Teflon, colour coded to MIL-STD-681 system I).
Part numbers: MDM-xxxL1B-xxx have 0.5" uninsulated solid 25AWG gold plated copper wire terminations.
ITT D Type Connectors
Suitable for military, industrial or commercial applications and computer interfacing etc.
