Phoenix Contact 15-Way D-Sub Connector Socket, 5A, 60V AC/DC - VS-15-BU-DSUB/15-MPT-0.5 - 1688094
Use this D-subminiature adapter socket from Phoenix Contact to connect peripheral serial devices to your computer. It has copper alloy contacts that are durable and highly conductive for a reliable connection. The contacts are plated in gold-over-nickel to provide corrosion resistance and deliver a long service life. The connector has a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) housing that offers impact resistance as well as effective insulation from electrical hazards, making it a safe and reliable choice.
A push-pull locking mechanism ensures a secure hold that won't accidentally disconnect, even in the event of heavy vibrations. For added convenience, the unit has screw terminals for quick and simple wiring. Thanks to its light weight of just 18.5g, it puts minimal strain on your equipment.
