The TE Connectivity 100‑position D‑shaped receptacle connector is a high‑density cable‑to‑panel assembly with a 1.27 mm (.050 in) centreline, designed for signal transmission via either ribbon or round jacketed cable. This two‑row connector features a black thermoplastic cover and a nickel‑over‑copper plated Shell for shielded durability. Its contacts, MADE of phosphor bronze, boast 30 μin gold (or gold flash) mating surfaces over palladium nickel underplating and tin‑lead wire termination areas, with each contact rated for up to 1 amp.
