RS PRO PET D-Sub Connector Backshell, 15 Way
Looking for a connector backShell to minimise the strain on your connecting pins and connection points? This RS PRO product accommodates D-sub Shell size A and can be used with most standard and crimp D-connectors.
The included jackscrews and female screw lock assembly allow you to firmly attach the cover so that your wires are protected and not exposed to elements like oxygen and moisture that can cause corrosion. You can thread wires through the side or TOP of the casing as the unit has removable knockouts, which means you can easily order and secure your wires. This item's construction withstands extreme temperatures so you can use it in cold environments like temperature-controlled computer rooms.
The Noryl composition meets the UL94V-0 standard, meaning the product passed heat resistant and flame retardant testing and won't ignite or fuel fires. Use this backshell for connections on your electronic equipment.
