RS PRO D-Sub Adaptor Male 15 Way D-Sub to Female 15 Way D-Sub
This connector from our trusted RS PRO range offers a handy solution for converting your D-sub male plug to a D-sub female socket, so there's no need to buy additional cables. It's used for VGA (video graphics array) connections and serial ports.
The unit is supplied with ready-to-attach, pre-terminated wires for versatile connections. There's also a Y signal-splitting component that allows you to add to your existing cable. The adaptor pieces are simple to use and can snap easily into place. This device is connected using self-locking jackscrews that won't come loose once you've tightened them.
A gender-changing adaptor such as this one is also used to connect cabling together to increase its overall length. This unit contains only minimal levels of any harmful substances which means it's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant.
