RS PRO 130 mm Diagonal Cutters
Cleanly slice through up to 2 mm of hard steel wire with these 130 mm RS PRO diagonal cutters. This pair of general-purpose nippers can be used in residential and commercial settings, including for electronics, telecommunications and engineering applications.
The handles of these diagonal cutters have been ergonomically designed to minimise discomfort to your hands and wrists. They are made from hardwearing red vinyl that won't crack or wear thin. The main body of these diagonal cutters is also made from tough chrome-vanadium (CrV) steel that won't easily break with repeated use – all features that mean your cutters will last for longer.
Instead of using a shearing action like scissors, these diagonal nippers cut wire by creating an indentation and then wedging the wire apart. This means you'll end up with a neater finish. The component has a rust- and corrosion-resistant finish, so you can use them in damp environments.
