The Klein Tools insulated diagonal cutters is VDE certified and 1000 V rated for safety on the job. It is unique and has three-part insulation with white under-layer provides a warning sign that insulation may be compromised. This is multi-coloured, sleek design with small thumb guards for ease of handling and easy storage in your tool bag. It has hot-riveted joint for smooth action and no handle wobble. Its moulded insulation meets or exceeds ASTM F1505 and IEC 60900 standards for insulated tools.
